2. Ordering and Contract Formation

By submitting an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms. A contract is formed when we dispatch the products, at which point the order is accepted and a binding agreement is in place.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. We accept payment via [list of payment methods]. If payment is not received, we may cancel the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges and times will be calculated during checkout. We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership remains with us until payment is received in full.

5. Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To return items, they must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

6. Warranties and Liability

We provide a warranty for our products as required by UK law. Our liability is limited to the price of the product(s) you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, unless otherwise required by law.
